My redesign for Ice-Man
Wow.... where do I begin?
Ice man has always been one of those characters I never quite understood. In the original game and still to this very day, he's depicted as a cute, little, Eskimo in a blue parka.
So how to go about his redesign?
Well to start, I kept his stature on the small side. I figured if he was going to retain some of that cutesy aspect, he was going to be short and portly, like a mechanical penguin. In addition, I gave him big, flat feet to mimic the old-fashioned snow-shoes. In retrospect, I'm not entirely sure why I added the huge tank on his back. Oh well, I'm happy with the design.

There's no need to worry about the tank on his back. Some versions of Iceman have a tank on his back of liquid nitrogen.
